Our charter company is a family business and was born in 2015. It came to life thanks to the combination of Sergio’s 25- long experience as skipper and in the sailing charter business and my customer care expertise gained especially living and working abroad. During the years we have grown and now we can count on a well organized and run-in team.

 

We are based in marina di Stabia in Castellammare di Stabia and we have in our fleet  6 monohulls from a Bavaria 41 to a Oceanis 523 and 2 Catamarans Bali 4.3 . We work as a bareboat charter company but our real passion is to combine the sailing cruises to the endless activities  based in the land. The area in fact offers a wide range of awesome experiences from tasting tours to diving adventures , from Pompeii visit to thermal Spa days. That is why we chose the name Sail And Experience.

 

Our aim is not only to offer a more complete experience to sailors but also to involve those guests who are not familiar with sailing by organizing an all included tour, where they do not have to renounce to any of the attractives this part of Italy can offer
